About A Place to Call Home

A Place to Call Home is an equitable/affordable housing project expected to break ground in August on 2024 of the campus of Advent UMC. It will have 50 units including studios, one bedrooms, and two bedrooms. it will be mainly ~ 75% for seniors.

A Place to Call Home will include a virtual clinic, a day care for the community, a large outdoor area, and a community garden.

There is a robust landscaping plan taking advantage of native species to beautify and provide shade.
